干拍照生意的施嘉豪：有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是好事，要把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)做樂(lè)趣來(lái)看！

今年我去了湖畔，見到了馬云。

他說(shuō)：“你走到這里，已經(jīng)很了不起了！”

我激動(dòng)得流淚了，這話是對(duì)我8年來(lái)最大的鼓舞！

我們是一個(gè)干拍照生意的，有時(shí)候我在想，我是一個(gè)IT男，大學(xué)畢業(yè)后選擇進(jìn)入婚嫁行業(yè)，但是什么也不懂，一切都要從0開始學(xué)，學(xué)攝影，學(xué)化妝，學(xué)禮服。有時(shí)候也很質(zhì)疑選擇這個(gè)行業(yè)是否正確，干了八年做到了行業(yè)標(biāo)桿。

今天我們要考慮的不是要去干死誰(shuí)，而是需要向社會(huì)證明婚嫁這個(gè)行業(yè)是個(gè)很牛的行業(yè)，我們的工作應(yīng)該得到社會(huì)的尊重！我們需要堅(jiān)持做到最好。

We started up from small business in field of photography. I knew it well that I was just a IT and knew nothing at all about the wedding industry that I chose as career path after my graduation. Lots to learn, including photography, makeup, suit and dress. Therefore sometimes I doubted if I made a wrong decision or not. After eight-year efforts, we have become a leading company in this industry.

Now it’s not our target and concern to replace any other in this field, but to prove to the world that wedding industry is promising and will be prosperous. Out efforts in it is worthy of social respect! And we shall make the best outcome out of it!

2017我們從全國(guó)走向全球

From China to the World in 2017

今天我們?cè)谌袊?guó)40個(gè)城市開了直營(yíng)連鎖，2017年我們進(jìn)駐了首爾、香港，臺(tái)北，新加坡，雅加達(dá)，洛杉磯，巴黎，在任何國(guó)家我們堅(jiān)持做最貴，做最好的！

記得剛進(jìn)香港的時(shí)候，很多香港同行對(duì)我們進(jìn)行了攻擊，講我們是內(nèi)地的店，質(zhì)量一定不好，蠱惑顧客不要選擇我們！我的助理EIRC（美國(guó)籍）在香港接受采訪時(shí)，用全英文告訴他們：“中國(guó)的結(jié)婚市場(chǎng)是全球最好的，也是最大的，今天中國(guó)在婚慶行業(yè)技術(shù)的研究及網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷技術(shù)已經(jīng)遙遙領(lǐng)先于世界上任何一個(gè)國(guó)家！”

事實(shí)證明，三個(gè)月以后我們成為了香港營(yíng)業(yè)額排名第一的攝影公司。市場(chǎng)告訴香港同行，抵制是無(wú)用的，從成功中學(xué)習(xí)才是當(dāng)下應(yīng)該做的。

Today we have our outlets opened in 40 cities in China and those in Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, Singapore, Jakarta, L.A., Paris in 2017. We insist to be the most expensive and the best in each country.

I do remember the moment when we got into Hong Kong market, some counterpart scorned on quality we provided just because we were a company from Mainland, and even deluded customers not to choose us. Nevertheless Eric Garrison from the U.S., my assistant, clarified when being interviewed in Hong Kong, “China has the biggest and best wedding market in this globe. Besides, it has surpassed all other countries in the fields of researches on wedding technology and online marketing.”

And things happened three months later proved his words. At then, we had become an outstanding company with top revenue in Hong Kong. Lessons for counterparts in Hong Kong are that it is no use to boycott. What they should do is to learn from others’ success.

會(huì)嫉妒的人基本不靠譜

Those who are jealous are not reliable

今天我來(lái)總結(jié)我們做得好的關(guān)鍵，就是嘉豪人比任何人都堅(jiān)強(qiáng)。你們面對(duì)的困難與挑戰(zhàn)比你身邊的人多得多，但是照樣滿懷信心，照樣敢于挑戰(zhàn)自己，不怕重新來(lái)過(guò)。我們看到別人比我們好的時(shí)候，我們不嫉妒。會(huì)嫉妒的人基本不靠譜。

我們是用仰慕，然后回來(lái)研究他的成功，嘉豪人擁有永不放棄的精神，永遠(yuǎn)看自己?jiǎn)栴}在哪，永遠(yuǎn)從教訓(xùn)中學(xué)習(xí)。永遠(yuǎn)從失敗中學(xué)習(xí)。從失敗中學(xué)習(xí)，不是讓自己不犯錯(cuò)，你還是會(huì)繼續(xù)犯錯(cuò)，只是我們失敗后我們不怕再失敗，出了“大事”，“再來(lái)一次嘛！”這就是嘉豪的精神，因?yàn)槟阒灰瓜戮蜎](méi)有機(jī)會(huì)了，每一個(gè)人都摔倒過(guò)，偏偏是你又站起來(lái)了，這就是我要求你們所具備的嘉豪人的精神。

Now I have to say the key point of our good job is our toughness. You are faced with more obstacles and challenges than other people around but still remain confidence, dare to challenge yourselves and won’t be afraid to start again. We never show our jealousy to others’ happiness. Because those who are jealous aren’t reliable.

On the contrary, we admire them by studying and learning from their success. We are tough! We never give up! We always know what the problems are and always learn from failures. It doesn’t mean that you should never make a mistake. Maybe you will do it again, but not afraid of it since. Even if something serious happens, just give it another shot! That’s Jiahao’s spirit! Once give up, there’ll be no more chance. This is also what I expect you to have. The spirit!

要我講，我沒(méi)有什么了不起，是嘉豪人做到這些，很了不起！你們到達(dá)每一個(gè)新城市，面對(duì)全新的事物與強(qiáng)勁的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手，很多競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手已經(jīng)經(jīng)營(yíng)幾年，甚至幾十年，占據(jù)天時(shí)地利人和的優(yōu)勢(shì)，嘉豪人敢于立足市場(chǎng)，你們都是一群“新兵”，可卻在市場(chǎng)上立足下來(lái)，有些甚至在短期內(nèi)做到了城市第一，你們真的很了不起！

I have to say it’s not me who make it great, but every member in Jiahao. You are great! Whenever you set your foot in a new city and encounter with brand new things and strong counterparts who have strived here for years and enjoyed timing and talents advantages. You are new hands with bravery in this market, but keep growing and even become the market leader within simply a short time. You are marvelous!

其實(shí)進(jìn)入嘉豪集團(tuán)不是所有人都能成功，在這里我需要你們學(xué)會(huì)一種學(xué)習(xí)，一種check，一種review自己，學(xué)習(xí)未來(lái)的技術(shù)，學(xué)習(xí)自己的短板。思考未來(lái)，永遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃的是未來(lái)，每一個(gè)人到這里有價(jià)值，才是真正的意義，你的手法，你的眼光，你的道義，你的擔(dān)當(dāng)，你才會(huì)被尊重。

Not every one in Jiahao will achieve success. So I want you to learn, to check and review yourselves, master future-use skills, overcome your shortcomings. Think more about future and make some plans accordingly. Show your values here. Because that’s why you here. Show your skills, your insight, your morals and take your responsibilities. Then you will be respected.

不要把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)看的特別重，最近我在電視上，報(bào)紙上看到關(guān)于婚慶行業(yè)的形式非常糟糕，其實(shí)今天很多影樓活得已經(jīng)很艱難，中韓關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步惡化，很多韓國(guó)企業(yè)在中國(guó)已經(jīng)倒閉，，我把報(bào)紙合上，心想：多大的事啊！總比沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)好吧，沒(méi)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)你企業(yè)做什么都不用想，有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是好事，要把競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)樂(lè)趣去看，要思考的是未來(lái)，未來(lái)那個(gè)是機(jī)會(huì)，如何跨過(guò)危機(jī)！

Don’t put over too much attention on market competitions. Recently I had noticed reports from TV and from newspaper that the wedding industry is getting worse. Indeed, we can see many photography studios bogged down already.with deteriorated relationship between China and South Korea, many Korean companies stopped their business in China. “Not a big deal! It’s good thing to be competed” I was thinking. You’ll have nothing to worry when free of any competition. So being competed will do good to us. Take it as a fun. At the same time, think more about our future. There’ll be chances and figure out solutions with insight.

2017沒(méi)有干好的，不要嫉妒，一定樂(lè)觀面對(duì)，今天在嘉豪，我希望能教大家不只是怎么賺錢，因?yàn)閷?duì)于我，目前賺錢比什么都簡(jiǎn)單。我希望大家學(xué)會(huì)的是一種信仰，相信你自己一定會(huì)是那個(gè)第一，一定可以把幸福的產(chǎn)業(yè)復(fù)制到世界每一個(gè)角落，借助平臺(tái)完成夢(mèng)想，自己一定做個(gè)有錢人！

Don’t feel jealous if you didn’t do better in 2017. Be positive and face it. Here today, what I am writing to you aims not to teach you make money. Personally it’s easy to make. However, I hope you all have belief in yourselves. Believe you are No. 1 and have abilities to spread our happiness industry to every corner in the world. By using the platform provided by the company, realize your dream and become a rich man!
