項(xiàng)目解讀

包頭萬郡宴會(huì)藝術(shù)中心由廣州互向建筑空間設(shè)計(jì)率領(lǐng)各團(tuán)隊(duì)共同打造。自2024年2月起，團(tuán)隊(duì)為該項(xiàng)目提供建筑外觀、室內(nèi)和景觀的一體化設(shè)計(jì)，并全面負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)與項(xiàng)目監(jiān)督，涵蓋從概念到落地的全過程。項(xiàng)目歷時(shí)一年多建設(shè)，預(yù)計(jì)于2025年5月正式投入使用。

Baotou Wanjun Banquet Art Center was jointly built by various teams led by Guangzhou Mutual Architectural Space Design. Since February 2024, the team has provided integrated design for the exterior, interior and landscape of the project, and has been fully responsible for the design and project supervision, covering the entire process from concept to implementation. The project lasted more than a year to build and is expected to be officially put into use in May 2025.

Project Overview

包頭萬郡宴會(huì)中心坐落于包頭市青山區(qū)文化路，位于包頭市區(qū)黃金地段，地理位置優(yōu)越，交通極為便利，該項(xiàng)目占地面積1.05萬平方米，建筑面積8019平方米，投資1000萬+，集婚禮策劃執(zhí)行、婚宴星級(jí)餐飲為一體的主題宴會(huì)中心。宴會(huì)酒店呈現(xiàn)了奧斯卡、韓系、新中式、圣殿等多個(gè)主題宴會(huì)廳，每個(gè)主題廳都有其獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)和裝飾風(fēng)格，另外配備了7個(gè)高端商務(wù)包廂和2個(gè)主題定制宴會(huì)包廂，以滿足不同賓客的喜好和需求。隨著婚禮宴會(huì)行業(yè)競爭越來越激烈，重資產(chǎn)、重規(guī)模已經(jīng)成為同行業(yè)較量的成規(guī)，且產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化、服務(wù)同質(zhì)化、營銷同質(zhì)化，都越來越嚴(yán)重。在這個(gè)迭代步伐加速的時(shí)代，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)尋找出一種輕資產(chǎn)的藝術(shù)空間，用設(shè)計(jì)將運(yùn)營共和在一起，才能助力企業(yè)無垠的發(fā)展。宴會(huì)是一場(chǎng)龐大的連鎖反應(yīng)，是空間設(shè)計(jì)、成本、運(yùn)營、和服務(wù)彼此碰撞的交織體，任何成功企業(yè)的最終呈現(xiàn)，都絕非獨(dú)立的，而是彼此相和，于多元聯(lián)動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的一種平衡。

Baotou Wanjun Banquet Center is located in Baotou City, Qingshan District, Wenhua Road, located in the prime area of Baotou City, the geographical position is superior, the transportation is very convenient, the project covers an area of 10,500 square meters, construction area of 8,019 square meters, investment of 10 million +, set wedding planning and execution, wedding banquet star catering as one of the theme banquet center. The banquet hotel presents a number of theme banquet halls such as Oscar, Korean, New Chinese, Temple, etc., each theme hall has its own unique design and decoration style, and is equipped with 7 high-end business boxes and 2 themed customized banquet boxes to meet the preferences and needs of different guests. With the increasingly fierce competition in the wedding banquet industry, heavy assets and heavy scale have become the norm in the same industry, and the homogenization of products, services and marketing is becoming more and more serious. In this era of accelerated iteration, we should find an asset-light art space and use design to integrate operations together in order to help the boundless development of enterprises. Banquet is a huge chain reaction, is the space design, cost, operation, and service collision of the intertwined body, the final presentation of any successful enterprise, is by no means independent, but in harmony with each other, in the multi-linkage to achieve a balance.

大堂設(shè)計(jì)，滿足賓客的情緒價(jià)值

The lobby is designed to meet the emotional value of guests

大堂，不僅僅要有功能屬性，更要通過視覺美感，滿足客戶的情緒價(jià)值。本設(shè)計(jì)旨在打造一處格調(diào)高雅、環(huán)境舒適的環(huán)境。空間布局上，采用開放式格局，流暢的線條引導(dǎo)賓客視線，營造出通透開闊之感。地面選用深灰色，低調(diào)中盡顯質(zhì)感。接待區(qū)前臺(tái)采用流線型主體，背景動(dòng)態(tài)藝術(shù)玻璃裝置，精致又不乏沉穩(wěn)。休息區(qū)布置了米白色的絨面沙發(fā)與造型簡約的玻璃茶幾等。角落擺放卡通藝術(shù)裝置組合，俏皮而靈動(dòng)。墻面香檳色金屬發(fā)光窗戶，營造出溫馨且格調(diào)十足的氛圍，使賓客踏入大堂便沉醉于這獨(dú)特的格調(diào)之中。

The reception desk of the reception area adopts a streamlined main body with a dynamic plexiglass installation in the background, which is exquisite and calm. The lounge area is furnished with an off-white suede sofa and a simple glass coffee table. In the corner, there is a combination of cartoon art installations, which is playful and smart. Champagne-coloured metal windows create a warm and stylish ambience that invites guests to immerse themselves in this unique atmosphere as soon as they step into the lobby.

樓梯，不僅僅是連接上下樓層的通道，更是空間中的藝術(shù)雕塑。一群金色的小蜜蜂從頂部傾瀉而下，光影灑在它們小小的身軀上，宛如靈動(dòng)的精靈，為這靜態(tài)的美增添了一抹生動(dòng)的光彩，讓梯級(jí)之間的陰影交織成一幅神秘的畫卷。

當(dāng)連廊成為秀場(chǎng)，讓賓客走進(jìn)儀式感，設(shè)計(jì)的重心在于空間的層次與燈光的搭配，展現(xiàn)一個(gè)儀式感的幸福連廊，作為婚禮儀式的空間，巧妙的利用層層的拱形排列營造沉浸式的體驗(yàn)，讓參加婚禮的賓客可以隨處拍照打卡，一眼萬年的走廊，屏住呼吸靜靜的欣賞，走廊增加了卡通藝術(shù)裝置打卡點(diǎn)，過道間有溫暖的光影加持，層層疊疊的弧形設(shè)計(jì)，通過頂部的鏡面形成倒影，打造秀場(chǎng)儀式感。

酒店一共配套了7間獨(dú)立高端商務(wù)包廂，美味的食物，重要的人，餐盤之上和至親好友一起享受溫暖的時(shí)光。為了營造出一種尊貴閑雅的氣質(zhì)，采用了現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)手法與當(dāng)代東方雅韻相結(jié)合，選擇香檳金色和深色作為基調(diào)，多種材質(zhì)的組合，并通過藝術(shù)玻璃屏風(fēng)增加了墻面的立體感，是商務(wù)宴請(qǐng)、親友歡聚的理想之選。
